My husband is a truck driver but also loads the truck and delivers. The windchill here (western ny) is 20*F below zero (very very low, even for the normal middle of winter.) and the factory where they laod has no heat. The boss is very ignorant and will yell and swear at his workers as it is, but today my husband mentioned something about only being able to come in and warm up 2 times all day and he got yelled at and boss threatend to fire him. Is this leagal? who can I talk to about this and how?
